ANIMALS CAN BE HEROES TOO

written by Contributor February 18, 2018
WRITTEN BY GRADE 1 & 2 STUDENTS OF PEBBLE HILL TRADITIONAL ELEMENTARY

Grade 1 and 2 students of Pebble Hill Traditional Elementary choose police dog, TUSK, as their community hero to report on for this story.

WHO is TUSK?

Did you know that TUSK has one very distinctive feature that no other officer on the Vancouver Police Department has?

Can you guess TUSKS’S age?

TUSK uses his nose to smell out danger and guess what else he can smell?!

TUSK has an impressive resume!

Even TUSK has a favourite toy!

It’s time to meet TUSK!

Who wants to play with TUSK – we do!

Saying our good bye’s and taking a Pop Quiz!
