Hi, everyone. My name is Sachi Bajaj and I am the founder of a youth waste management organization called Me2UFoundation. We are so proud to have recently qualified for some funding with a challenge called What Cause Inspires You. We are finalists for this and the idea of receiving this funding opens up so many possiblities for how we can further help developing countries with basic needs.

We are finalists because of all the work we have done in our first year of operation. For example, in Cameroon, Africa, we can’t even start the Chapter because they can’t get the word out that we are collecting used items and donating it to underprivileged communities. Most of these communities do not have access to internet and they cannot afford to even print a flyer. So we need to fund that so we can at least get the jump start to actually getting the word out that we would like to collect and donate. I contacted the editor of Kids News & Reviews in hopes that we could share our story with them to spread our word. The editor asked me to write my own story to ask the public directly as they cannot choose themselves but can offer this platform for me to ask directly, as long as I laid out my story to present to you, the public. And also, we are asking the public to check us out and to consider donating themselves to one of our projects. So here is our story!
For other Chapters, we have created projects that are very suited to their needs. For example, in Nepal, there is a large community where people don’t have beds. They don’t have anywhere to live in. So we have a very creative project for them to create bedding, and to create mattresses, from used items, but we need funding from that.
We have so many more projects to target our underprivileged countries because that is the only way they can become sustainable. With these projects, and they are so passionate about it. They just need a little bit of help. And that can be done with you. Here you can see some of the projects we have and continue to work on.

We just need a little bit of help to bring our organizaiton to entirely different level and help the world in general. We have people who want to help and now all we need is a little bit of help to do so.
